Eng. Mooaz Al Maani, Technical Director.

Eng. Moaaz Y. Al-Maani serves as the Technical Director at the Jordan Oil Terminals Company (JOTC), where he oversees the execution of strategic projects, managing the Technical engineering department, and ensures the alignment of technical initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. Eng. Al-Maani plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical solutions across various disciplines within the oil and gas sector, including mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and control systems, thereby contributing to JOTC's position as a leader in the industry.

Prior to his current role, Eng. Al-Maani held the positions of Projects Supervisor and Technical Manager at JOTC, where he successfully managed the implementation of numerous projects and infrastructure development initiatives.

Before joining JOTC, Eng. Al-Maani spent 10 years at the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) as a Maintenance and Project Engineer, where he gained extensive expertise in the oil and gas industry, particularly in maintenance operations, project execution, and technical system integration.                                                                          

Eng. Al-Maani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Jordan. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in FIDIC Contract Administration. Additionally, he has completed numerous specialized technical and leadership courses, further strengthening his proficiency and contributions to the oil and gas sector.
