loay Shaheen serves as the Head of the Control & Internal Audit Department at (JOTC), with over 12 years of experience in banking, financing, and the Oil & Gas industries. Under his leadership, the department focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes, contributing strategically to JOTC’s success.

Loay holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Jordan and holds certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and as a Certified Internal Control Specialist (CICS). His expertise in governance, risk management, and control processes to ensure operational excellence and organizational resilience.

Through his commitment to driving continuous improvement, Shaheen and his team play a pivotal role in enhancing JOTC's governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
