Job Summary 

Review and analyze business operations over time, assess evolving business ideas, coordinate between departments and communicate recommendations for improving business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and understand existing software.
  • Gather and analyze data and requirements to Enhance Business Processes.
  • Lead and/or support projects in IT business department.
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals.
  • Develops and presents training materials for end users.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems.
  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements.
  • Evaluate and analyze and communicate systems and applications requirements on a continuing basis and maintain system processes.
  • Test business process and recommend improvements.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance.
  • Design, maintain and participate creating reports and dashboards.
  • Follow up on all matters related to his/her job to achieve the best performance.
  • Any other reasonable duties as may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

CONDITIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or any related field (advanced certificate is a plus).
  • Solid IT background in the with a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience.
