Job Summary 

The ERP Implementer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems within our organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, configure the ERP software to meet those requirements, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and understand existing software
  • Enhance Business Processes
  • Lead ERP system
  • Lead and/or support projects in Operation, Production, Service, and Logistics.
  • Provides technical and functional support in ERP, systems administration
  • Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases
  • Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks
  • Develops and presents training materials for end users
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems
  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
  • Responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system
  • Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations
  • Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance
  • Complying with industry regulations.
  • Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings
  • Create clear documentation and rationalize existing process flows using target ERP technology
  • Recognize areas of risk and identify solutions
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
  • Preparing Test Cases
  • Manage Cloud, On-premises, and Hybrid ERP.
  • Follow up on all matters related to his/her job to achieve the best performance.
  • Any other reasonable duties as may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

CONDITIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or any related field (advanced certificate is a plus).
  • Solid IT background in the with a minimum of 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience.
