Jordan Oil Terminals Company (JOTC) started to store Kerosene at Amman Strategic Terminal for Petroleum Products ASTPP for the first-time.

JOTC started to receive kerosene which is owned by the government of Jordan and start transferring it from JPRC in March 2021 to its terminal in Amman, to preserve a strategic stock of this product for the kingdom.

JOTC holds oil stocks equal to 30 days of kingdom consumption of petroleum products, as part of JOTC’s goal to secure oil supply of Jordan for emergencies according to international best practices.
