JOTC is committed to HSSEQ fundamental principles to operate its terms efficiently and safely. The Health, Safety and Security of all our staff, visitors, contractors, and any other personnel that encounter our business, is our primary priority. Our main goal is to prevent all accidents, preserve occupational health regulations and protect the environment through the following elements:

 Comply with all applicable local and regulations and apply appropriate international standards where applicable.

 Maintain an effective HSSEQ culture by proactive participation throughout the organization.

 Promote Health, Safety, Security and Environment in all company and manage it in the same way as other critical business activity.

 Identify and analyze potential HSSE hazards/threats and implement measures to prevent, control and restrict the associate risks.

 Set Key Performance Indicators to achieve targets and continuous improvements with conducting regular audits to evaluate compliance with the          targets and policies.

  Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors with adequate facilities and appropriate protective equipment.

  Maximize the usage of green energy and find solutions to reduce conventional energy consumption to prevent pollution and raise environmental          awareness.

  Provide training and enhance competency of all employees supported by internal procedures and instructions.

  Improve all HSSE reporting culture and ensure all incidents and other reports are investigated with corrective/preventive actions shared as lessons        learnt with the relevant stakeholders.

  Be prepared at all times to respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently in order to minimize potential impact of incidents should they          occur.
